Manan Polymers Private Limited is a Private Limited Company having its registered office at Beawar and manufacturing unit at Village – Amargarh near Beawar in Ajmer District of Rajasthan. It is programmed as a backward integration to our Flagship Co. M/s Aditya Polysack Pvt. Ltd. The Company was set up in the year 2015 with the main object to manufacture Anti Fab/Filler Masterbatch. The project was started in December 2015 with an installed capacity of 4500 MT per annum and its current Capacity is 6000 MT per annum.
We manufacture the following grades of polypropylene and Low Linear based Filler Master batches
PP BASE FILLER
PP FILLER is a versatile 20:80 formulation suitable for woven sack and similar application. Allows for loading of 10 to 35% .However, loadings of upto 50% have also been accepted, depending upon application.
PE BASE FILLER
Our most popular grade in low linear, LL MAN is a versatile 20:80 formulation suitable for woven sack ESPECIALLY for manufacturing of HDPE Cement Bags and for Multilayer and Monolayer Films, Allows for loading of 10 to 35%.
TALC BASE FILLER
Talc Base Filler can be used to replace a part of primary plastic (the input material for plastic-based products manufacturing).This is a smart solution aiming at saving raw materials while limiting the amount of crude oil - resources are gradually exhausted, in plastic production. Another great effect is that the talc filler will greatly improve the plastic properties.
LAMINATION FILLER
Lamination filler is a 20:80 formulation with a higher proportion of high-flow polymer, which allows for higher output even with greater loading in lamination applications, without putting stress on the screw barrel or increasing torque. Allows for loading upto 50% in lamination application.
SODIUM BASE FILLER
Sodium sulfate transparent filler master batch of Manan Polymers is of high transparency and excellent glossiness. It also has strong mechanical properties with very good dispersion, high tenacity, and strong stability features. Sodium sulfate transparent filler masterbatch Provide transparency when processed with virgin polymer. It Helps in reducing the cost of product with partial replacement of virgin polymer.
WHITE(Tio2)MASTER BATCH
White Master Batch (Ti02) is made by blending TiO2 with other additives, such as dispersants, carriers, and stabilizers. The dispersants help to distribute the TiO2 evenly in the plastic, while carrier s help to reduce the cost of the master batch. The stabilizers help to protect the TiO2 from degradation by heat and light. White Master Batch provide high brightness, high opacity and good dispersibilty in the plastics.
